My DIY Wedding Résumé

Hello!  And welcome to my DIY Wedding Résumé.  On this page you will find all projects I have worked on/crafted that have been used in (or can be used in) a DIY wedding.  I, personally, am not married but I have been involved in weddings of my friends and family who have gotten married in the past couple of years or are getting married soon.  Since I was laid off last year, and the fact that my friend saw how much I love weddings and crafting, she decided to hire me as her wedding planner!  Not to mention, my brother just proposed to his girlfriend (congrats to them!) so expect to see a lot more wedding related DIY blog posts on my site.

Below are a few projects I have worked on and some sneak peaks of what I'm working on but can't go into full detail since the bride would like her wedding details to be a surprise to her guest.  *Projects  are listed by category in alphabetical order*

  1. Thank you for being the best maid of honor that a bride/sister can ask for! Planning a wedding is a lot of work and you were there every step of the way from keeping me calm to packing 100+ homemade cookie favors the night before the wedding. My wedding definitely had all the unique touches just because you helped with all of your DIY projects. I saved a ton thanks to you and your craftiness.

  2. You and Jen did an amazing job preparing the food for the bridal shower. It was delicious! The cupcakes were beautifully decorated with leaf-shaped fondant. The Mickey Mouse cookies and magic wand pretzels looked like they came straight from Disneyland's Main Street!
